Guest Room Attendant - Steady Extra

About the Role

The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, offices, and public areas, while adhering to quality and productivity standards. The role includes reporting maintenance issues, securing department assets, managing inventory, and following safety and communication protocols. • Clean all assigned units, offices and public areas in compliance with quality and productivity standards. • Report maintenance problems, damage or missing items to housekeeping personnel. • Report suspicious activity to security. • Maintain cleaning cart supplies and equipment in a neat and orderly appearance. • Secure all department assets and supplies in storage at all times. • Assist management in maintaining accurate linen and supply inventory. • Follow all daily projects as assigned. • Promptly turn in all lost and found items. • Properly use radios, devices, duress alert button and follow key sign‑in/out logging practices. • Attend departmental meetings and perform other duties or special projects as required. • Carry out reasonable requests from management.

What You Bring

Candidates must speak basic English, have open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays, and be able to bend, stoop, walk and lift up to 50 lb (push/pull up to 100 lb). A full‑shift (8 hours) of walking/standing is required, with reasonable accommodation as needed. Preferred qualifications include prior customer‑service or hospitality experience and 6‑12 months of housekeeping work.
