What You Bring
The experience culminates in a capstone project that demonstrates your growth and prepares you for a full‑time role. Graduates can transition into Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering, as well as Project or Product Management, equipped with technical, business, and leadership competencies. We seek curious, driven engineers with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related field, and coursework such as thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, or introductory electrical engineering. Demonstrated leadership, strong written and visual communication, data analysis, teamwork, and familiarity with AI tools are essential. Internship or co‑op experience is a plus, and candidates must be willing to relocate across the U.S. and hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency. • Required Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or related engineering; coursework in thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, or intro to EE. • Proven leadership experience and strong communication (including visual storytelling). • Ability to organize/analyze data, collaborate in teams, and leverage AI tools. • Willingness to relocate nationwide; U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
