About the Role
• Operate high‑pressure washing equipment to clean concrete, steel structures, and public spaces • Safely operate lifts to reach areas above 7 feet • Strip and seal floors; clean and polish stainless steel • Sweep and blow walkways and station entrances • Travel to multiple MARTA stations across the Atlanta area • Follow all safety protocols and procedures • Perform manual tasks such as gripping, turning, and pulling • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions around heavy machinery • Follow directions from supervisors and support team operations • Maintain reliable transportation and a clean driving record • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

What You Bring
The job is full‑time, physically demanding, and includes exposure to outdoor elements, heavy machinery, and lifting up to 75 lb. Candidates must pass background, drug, and FAA badge tests, possess a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation. • Clean windows and signage, both low and high • Lift up to 60 lb independently • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent • General labor experience preferred • Experience with high‑pressure tools is a plus • Pass drug testing and background checks • Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills • Be detail‑oriented and self‑motivated • Show dependability, self‑discipline, and adaptability • Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others • Frequent exposure to outdoor elements, weather, and mechanical hazards
