What You Bring
Morgan Properties is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for its 304-unit apartment community. The role involves troubleshooting a variety of service issues, taking initiative, and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure residents’ homes remain in excellent condition. Candidates must hold an active driver’s license and personal vehicle, be able to commute within 30 minutes, possess at least a high school diploma or GED, and have one year of related experience or an equivalent education/experience mix; HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is preferred. • Hold an active driver’s license and personal vehicle. • Live within a 30‑minute commute of the property. • Prefer HVAC/EPA/CFC certification. • Have a high school diploma or GED. • Possess at least one year of related experience or equivalent education.

Compensation includes an hourly base pay of $24-$27, up to a 50 % rent discount, quarterly Morgan Essentials stipend, on-call appreciation pay, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, and generous paid time off with ten holidays and sick leave.
