Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities, assessing customer storage needs, recommending and selling packing and moving supplies, conducting daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls as required. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections and maintain inventory availability • Audit cash drawers, perform bank deposits, and handle payment collection calls • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and walk outdoors up to 50 % of the shift • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and exterior ground maintenance

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, spend up to 50 % of the time walking around outdoor environments, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. Candidates should have customer‑service or sales experience in retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or similar service environments, possess a valid driver’s license, and use their own vehicle for travel between sites, with mileage reimbursement provided. • Valid driver’s license required; personal vehicle used for site travel • Prior experience in customer‑service or sales environments such as retail or food service
