About the Role
Senior Project Controls Engineers are part of the project controls team, providing performance reporting and analysis support and often acting as the primary day‑to‑day contact with the client. Key duties include collaborating with cost and planning engineers to develop work breakdown structures and performance baselines, establishing progress and cost monitoring methods, producing control reports, and delivering analysis and recommendations to clients. • Develop work breakdown structures and robust performance baselines. • Establish progress and cost monitoring methods. • Produce project control reports and deliver performance analysis with recommendations. • Collaborate with cost and planning engineers on high‑value infrastructure projects. • Apply earned value, progress updating, cost control, change control, and baseline management in a Primavera P6 environment. • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Primavera, Oracle, SAP and web‑based project control tools for reporting. • Support SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
Candidates should have prior experience in a project controls environment on major infrastructure programmes—ideally in airports, rail, utilities or defence—and be proficient in earned value, progress updating, cost control, change control, baseline management, reporting and Primavera P6. A qualified graduate in a relevant discipline or proven experience in project controls is expected, along with strong numeracy, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Primavera, Oracle, SAP and web‑based reporting tools. Proactive, self‑starting individuals with well‑developed communication and analytical abilities are preferred. • Demonstrate proactive, self‑starting attitude with strong communication and analytical skills.
