What You Bring
Candidates should be enrolled in an ABET‑accredited civil engineering program and demonstrate interest or prior experience in roadway and highway design, inspection, or construction. Strong communication skills, self‑motivation, and proficiency with CAD tools are essential, while familiarity with analysis software such as Civil 3D or HEC‑RAS is a plus. • Currently enrolled in an ABET‑accredited Civil Engineering (undergraduate or graduate) program. • Demonstrated interest or prior internship experience in roadway/highway design, inspection, or construction. • Basic proficiency in CAD, spreadsheets, and interpreting design drawings. • Strong verbal and written communication skills; self‑motivated team player. • Working proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation (preferred). • Experience with engineering analysis/design tools like Civil 3D and HEC‑RAS (preferred).
