About the Role
• Coach and model safety procedures while enforcing company policies. • Manage scheduling, workforce planning, and cost control for concrete projects. • Read blueprints and site specifications to determine curb placement and dimensions. • Set up and operate curb‑forming machines, including string layout, machine start‑up, and extrusion guidance. • Finish curbing by smoothing edges, cutting expansion joints, and applying curing and sealing compounds. • Ensure trade employees and subcontractors comply with safety codes and Rogers Group standards. • Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and team members.

What You Bring
The company is seeking a Concrete Foreman for its Huntsville, AL / North Alabama operations, reporting to the General Manager of Construction & Superintendent. The role requires leading safety, quality, and revenue generation, and expertise in curb, gutter/ADA requirements, header walls, storm drain boxes, and sidewalks. • Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Concrete Foreman and 3 years in curb & gutter work. • 1.5–3 years experience operating a curb machine preferred. • Demonstrated attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. • Reliable transportation and successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
