About the Role

The Action Line Sales Executive at Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for presenting ownership products and programs to prospective owners, aiming to maximize net sales while upholding professional and ethical standards. In this role you will engage clients using various communication channels, collaborate with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest issues, and continuously improve your sales skills through required trainings and product updates. You will also apply Hilton Grand Vacations technology and selling concepts to generate referrals and contribute to a positive work environment that aligns with the company’s core values. • Welcome clients and present luxury vacation ownership products to potential buyers. • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow‑up to ensure customer happiness. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest‑related issues as they arise. • Attend all sales trainings and meetings to stay updated on product information. • Apply selling concepts using Hilton Grand Vacations technology. • Use email, telephone, online/virtual, and written communication to work with guests and owners. • Generate referral leads from each new customer. • Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacations core values and policies.

What You Bring

• Work well in a team environment. • Valid real estate license or ability to obtain one. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. • Minimum one year of sales experience. • Experience resolving complex customer service issues. • Proven ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment. • At least six months of timeshare or vacation ownership experience. • High school diploma or equivalent; two years of proven high‑end sales negotiation and closing preferred.
