About the Role

• Responsible for contract administration of civil provincial and municipal infrastructure projects. • Liaise daily with project managers, designers, field inspectors, contractors, and clients. • Assist the Contract Administrator in coordinating field duties of QA inspectors, specialists, and subconsultants. • Prepare contract documentation such as agendas, minutes, instruction notices, and change orders for review and distribution. • Work nights, weekends, and extended shifts as required. • Provide overtime as necessary; work is seasonal with higher hours in summer than winter. • Liaise with clients for future construction work.

What You Bring

We’re looking for curious individuals who thrive on fresh thinking and want to shape communities in new, positive ways. • Hold OACETT ‘rcca’ designation or Professional Engineers Ontario P.Eng. designation. • Minimum five years’ experience in civil engineering infrastructure construction, focusing on highways and bridges. • Demonstrated ability to estimate construction schedules, quantities, and costs. • Experience with progress payments, change orders, leading site meetings, preparing minutes, and guiding field staff on contracts. • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. • Strong oral and written communication abilities. • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. • Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, associates, and clients. • Capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced, high‑change environment. • Good initiative and attention to detail. • Strong conflict‑resolution skills.
