About the Role

The role is Senior Stakeholder Coordination Engineer (Arabic Speaker) based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, supporting some of the world’s largest and most complex engineering projects. You will provide engineering administrative and organizational support for one or multiple major projects, ensuring conformance with established document procedures. You will liaise with Abu Dhabi statutory authorities to secure approvals for infrastructure and building projects, coordinating stakeholder requirements within the design team and communicating design objectives to the authorities. A thorough understanding of authority processes, procedures, and policies will be applied to ensure compliance during design submission and review. You will monitor and report the status of all submissions, meetings, and engagements using written reports and tracker sheets, and apply broad technical knowledge of roads, wet utilities, and dry utilities. • Liaise with Abu Dhabi statutory authorities for infrastructure and building project approvals. • Coordinate stakeholder requirements within the design team and communicate design needs to authorities. • Ensure compliance with authority processes, procedures, and policies during design submissions and reviews. • Monitor and report status of submissions, meetings, and authority engagements using written reports and tracker sheets.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 4–6 years of infrastructure project experience are required, including at least three years managing approval processes with Abu Dhabi authorities. Fluency in English and Arabic, strong leadership, and a proven record of delivery are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto‑CAD, excellent time management, and a UAE driver’s license (preferred) are also needed, with Abu Dhabi residency preferred. We value highly developed interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and a positive, teamwork‑focused attitude. Effective oral and written communication, presentation competency, and the ability to work with minimal supervision and self‑check work are also desired. • Apply broad technical knowledge of roads, wet utilities, and dry utilities. • Hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4–6 years of infrastructure project experience. • Minimum 3 years managing approval processes with Abu Dhabi authorities. • Fluent in English and Arabic; demonstrate strong leadership and delivery track record. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Auto‑CAD; effective time management and task prioritization. • UAE driver’s license preferred; Abu Dhabi residency preferred. • Exhibit strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. • Maintain high attention to detail, technical excellence, and a positive teamwork attitude. • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and self‑checking work.
