About the Role

The role is a Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives for the Design & Manufacturing Marketing organization. This position provides essential program leadership, ensuring clarity, alignment, and sustained progress across marketing priorities while interfacing with Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate introduces structure in ambiguous environments, rapidly builds trust, and keeps teams engaged from strategic planning through execution. They will implement robust program management practices and advance complex cross‑functional initiatives efficiently and effectively. • Lead program management for D&M Marketing, defining, tracking, and delivering priorities. • Translate leadership goals into plans with milestones, success metrics, and measurable outcomes. • Establish operating rhythms such as planning cycles, executive reviews, and progress check‑ins. • Identify, test, and scale AI‑enabled systems to improve decision‑making and operational efficiency. • Build and maintain program management tooling, including Airtable structures, automations, templates, and governance processes. • Manage high‑impact cross‑functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations. • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs to drive stakeholder alignment. • Strengthen communication workflows for clarity, inclusion, and effective collaboration. • Coordinate leadership touchpoints like QBRs, strategic planning sessions, team meetings, offsites, and organizational reviews. • Provide senior leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes via concise, insight‑driven materials.

What You Bring
