About the Role
The role involves scheduled, preventative and corrective maintenance of refrigeration, air‑conditioning and HVAC systems, refrigerant handling in line with ARCTick licensing, and providing timely professional responses to internal and external stakeholders. Technicians will also collaborate with other trades and subcontractors to support operational delivery. • Perform scheduled, preventative, and corrective maintenance on refrigeration, air‑conditioning, and HVAC systems. • Handle refrigerants in compliance with ARCTick licensing requirements. • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external stakeholder queries. • Collaborate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure operational delivery.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air‑Conditioning and have a current open driver’s licence. Desirable licences include an ARCTick Refrigerant Handling licence and a QBCC (QLD) or NSW Refrigeration and Air‑Conditioning licence. Post‑trade experience, strong fault‑diagnosis skills, Australian citizenship for Defence Security Clearance, and a positive work ethic are also required. • Hold Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air‑Conditioning (mandatory). • Possess a current open driver’s licence and be eligible for Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required). • ARCTick Refrigerant Handling licence (desirable) and QBCC (QLD) or NSW Refrigeration and Air‑Conditioning licence (desirable). • Demonstrated experience in fault diagnosis and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems. • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to high‑quality outcomes.
