What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a traffic control technician, including work on large‑scale highway construction projects. Preference is given to holders of an ATSSA Traffic Control Technician Certification, and applicants must demonstrate a strong safety focus, leadership in work ethic, and flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends. Additional requirements are reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and a willingness to be trained to flag/regulate traffic per MUTCD guidelines and assist with manual labor as needed. • Minimum two years experience as a traffic control technician. • Experience on large‑scale highway (interstate/state) projects required. • Preferred ATSSA Traffic Control Technician certification. • Flexible to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed. • Ability to lead by example in work ethic and safety. • Willingness to flag/regulate traffic per MUTCD and assist with manual labor. • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.

This full‑time position works primarily day shifts, though night shifts and weekend work may be required. The starting wage is $25.38 per hour and the assignment is based in the Gallatin, TN area.
