About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property, including daily onsite presence, showing units, managing paperwork, responding to leads, and supporting retention initiatives. The role also involves executing the annual marketing plan, conducting market analysis, handling resident concerns, and maintaining a positive community image while meeting performance targets. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in and assist with lease audits and unit turnovers. • Respond to prospect inquiries within 24 hours and maintain accurate traffic and leasing data. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and assist with resident retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Handle resident complaints, concerns, and service requests to ensure satisfaction. • Support the implementation of the annual marketing plan and conduct weekly market surveys. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and uphold community policies. • Maintain thorough knowledge of property features, competition, and market conditions. • Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, lifting/moving objects up to 25 lb, and working in various indoor/outdoor conditions.

What You Bring
• Meet the minimum education requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent. • Demonstrate basic computer proficiency and understanding of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Available to work overtime, weekends, nights, and in adverse weather as needed.
