About the Role
As an entry‑level engineer, you will support our engineering teams on inspiring, demanding, and highly collaborative designs. You will learn from senior staff, share responsibility and recognition for innovative solutions, and contribute to complete client satisfaction. • Create basic designs under senior guidance. • Learn drawing organization and company standards. • Perform CAD/BIM drafting for diverse project sizes. • Coordinate designs with other trades under senior supervision. • Support design and engineering for new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades. • Assist engineers with field investigations and site visits. • Participate in EDT program training sessions and related activities. • Attend Engineering Development Program continuing‑education seminars.

We currently have an entry level opportunity for an Electrical Engineering Graduate. • Own completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of assignments. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering (graduating Winter 2025–Summer 2026). • Previous engineering internship experience is a plus. • Knowledge of latest MEP AutoCAD; REVIT experience is a plus. • Proficient in design and calculation software and MS Office Suite. • FE or EIT certification preferred.
