About the Role

The Field Specialist works on‑site to support customers, ensuring ESP installations and performance, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver positive outcomes. The role involves troubleshooting downhole equipment and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. • Perform installation and pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment in onshore oil and water wells • Work unsupervised to monitor, troubleshoot, and test downhole ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run life • Lead the field service team confidently to ensure positive customer outcomes • Handle special projects as assigned • Conduct business activities in line with HSE policies, legal compliance, and Baker Hughes core values • Apply analytical skills to troubleshoot ESP problems

What You Bring
