About the Role
The role’s primary responsibility is to manage ICT (OSP) construction activities across multiple project districts, providing direct oversight of the ICT contractor’s site work. The incumbent must proactively identify, manage, and resolve construction‑related risks to ensure successful project delivery. • Conduct regular coordination and progress meetings with contractors. • Review, validate, and monitor construction schedules, progress updates, and mitigation measures. • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely issue resolution. • Document lessons learned from construction management activities to support continuous improvement. • Direct overall planning of construction activities, identifying critical milestones and priorities. • Determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule. • Ensure timely availability of subcontractors and major construction equipment for maximum efficiency. • Assign responsibilities to Construction Superintendents, monitor progress, and recommend corrective actions. • Conduct performance evaluations, recommending promotions and salary adjustments. • Manage contractor assignments of manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency, maintain schedules, and meet budget goals. • Anticipate and mitigate potential issues to meet critical milestones for each project phase. • Enforce sound construction practices to achieve required quality control with maximum efficiency and minimum cost. • Prepare periodic reports summarizing construction progress for senior management and clients. • Ensure implementation of all company and client policies and procedures, including labor relations policies.

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in ICT (OSP) or a related construction field is required, along with 15–20 years of field construction experience on large‑scale ICT/OSP or data‑center infrastructure projects. Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge of ICT construction processes, proven leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and preferably BICS certification.
