About the Role
The engineer will coordinate service lines at plant or cell level, ensure external service provider partnerships meet business requirements, and drive performance monitoring across various functions such as fixture care, material revert, energy management, calibration, fluid management and property risk. • Collaborate with the Manufacturing Services Leader to deliver objectives, analyse data and identify performance improvements. • Coordinate external Service Provider partnerships, ensuring compliance with business requirements and company standards. • Support implementation of Health & Safety standards, acting as Responsible Person or Assistant RP as required. • Develop framework contracts and Service Level Agreements for external providers. • Lead the Fixture Care service, monitoring provider performance against agreed levels. • Manage the partnership with the Material Revert Service Provider, measuring performance per SLAs. • Create and implement Energy Management plans and initiatives at cell and plant level. • Oversee calibration requirements and monitor Calibration Service Provider performance. • Administer engineering inspection requirements. • Interface with the Fluid Management Service Provider to achieve required service levels. • Work with the Risk Manager and Manufacturing Services Leader on Property Risk improvement plans. • Act as business liaison for Group Property's Integrated Facilities Supplier, monitoring performance. • Coordinate with other Manufacturing Services Engineers to achieve overall objectives. • Utilise IT systems and digital tools to manage manufacturing service activities.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have experience in functional support groups, a proven record of delivering business results, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Experience managing external service providers is essential, and a maintenance background is advantageous. The position is graded SNBG 7‑10 with salary dependent on experience.
