About the Role
In this role you will lead inspections, testing, assessments, and commissioning of building enclosures for existing structures, working with a multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality consulting solutions to a diverse client base. • Provide testing and consulting services for the built environment, including property condition assessments, forensic investigations, and repair design • Conduct inspections of building enclosures • Perform building enclosure testing and assessments • Execute air leakage testing and roofing assessments • Observe construction quality assurance and review design specifications • Carry out field performance testing and building enclosure commissioning consulting • Manage project budgets, prepare invoices, and develop client databases • Prepare reports, proposals, and mentor junior staff • Promote a safe workplace and ensure proper use of PPE • Perform occasional field and laboratory testing • Collaborate with senior staff on various projects • Work with a nationwide team of 180+ technical experts • Participate in a supportive environment that values collaboration and continuous learning

What You Bring
As a Facilities Associate III you excel at juggling competing priorities while delivering technical expertise that exceeds client expectations. Your background in building, structural, and general facilities consulting, combined with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude, positions you for career growth within our company. The ideal candidate holds a B.Arch, M.Arch (NCARB) or a BS in Engineering or Building Science from an ABET‑accredited program, with at least two years of relevant facilities consulting experience. Professional licensure such as P.E., R.A., or certifications from IIBEC or the University of Wisconsin‑Madison are strongly preferred. • B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited or BS in Engineering/Building Science from an ABET‑accredited institution • Minimum 2 years of building facilities consulting experience • Licensed or certified as at least one of: Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), IIBEC certifications (RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP), University of Wisconsin‑Madison BECxP or CxA+BE
