About the Role

The Senior Sales Executive, LoopNet Major Accounts will manage and grow relationships with strategic broker and owner clients, collaborating with senior stakeholders, marketing teams, and product specialists to optimize advertising and transaction strategies. The role emphasizes day‑to‑day account management, client engagement, and revenue expansion through consultative selling and relationship building. • Develop and execute a major‑account strategy with the Head of Major Accounts. • Identify and map key stakeholders across marketing, brokerage, asset management, and executive leadership. • Build and deepen relationships with major clients to improve retention and drive additional sales. • Launch centralized advertising agreements or negotiate company‑wide MSAs to grow revenue. • Collaborate with field sales teams to meet local office targets. • Represent LoopNet at industry events and network with commercial real‑estate professionals. • Meet or exceed revenue targets through consultative selling and account expansion. • Leverage analytics and performance data to optimize client outcomes. • Present solutions to senior executives and influence decision‑makers. • Provide comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and prescription coverage. • Provide virtual and in‑person mental health counseling for individuals and families. • Provide a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. • Offer an employee stock purchase plan. • Give access to CoStar’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion employee resource groups. • Supply complimentary gourmet coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fresh fruit, and healthy snacks.

What You Bring

Candidates need at least seven years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within commercial real estate or digital advertising, a proven record of meeting revenue goals, strong client‑focused communication, and a data‑driven mindset. A bachelor’s degree, willingness to travel up to 50%, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required. • Travel up to 50% to foster client relationships; maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
