About the Role
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Oracle EPM solutions. • Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization. • Implement AI capabilities within the Oracle EPM suite to improve automation and insights. • Align technology initiatives with finance leaders’ strategy and high‑impact opportunities. • Architect financial management solutions using Oracle EPM, ARCS, and OCI Essbase. • Build technology roadmaps integrating new Oracle EPM features with existing processes. • Drive cross‑functional investment projects, ensuring resource allocation and stakeholder alignment. • Translate FP&A, financial close, and reconciliation requirements into technical solutions. • Stay current on emerging Oracle EPM AI features and promote thought leadership. • Foster high‑performing, geographically distributed teams and facilitate knowledge transfer.

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Technology Product Manager to lead strategic investment initiatives and drive innovation in our Oracle EPM technology stack. This role blends deep finance‑operations expertise with product‑management capabilities and advanced Oracle EPM knowledge to deliver transformative business value across our global organization. • Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, IT, Finance or related field. • 8‑10 years of experience with Oracle EPM, finance technology, or similar. • Hands‑on expertise in Oracle EPM, ARCS, OCI Essbase. • Proven product‑management experience leading investment initiatives. • Strong background in corporate finance, FP&A, financial close, and reconciliation. • Experience implementing AI, especially Oracle EPM AI, at scale. • Ability to collaborate with finance leaders on technology strategy. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. • Ability to lead distributed teams and adapt quickly to changing tech. • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Benefits
The estimated total compensation for this position ranges from $140,000 to $180,000 per year and the role is based on‑site in Chicago, IL.
