About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to lead the overall performance and staff of an assigned plant, overseeing all aspects of the facility—including P&L management, environmental health and safety, contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and risk management. • Oversee and manage all plant operations and personnel according to company guidelines. • Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations and standards. • Manage continuous delivery of contractual energy obligations and uphold customer contracts. • Achieve plant profit and loss targets as defined by the company. • Supervise subcontractors, handling contracts, purchase orders, and insurance requirements. • Provide regular sales activity reports to senior management and act as the voice of the customer.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent industry/military experience. • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in stationary or marine utility operations (chillers, boilers, turbines, HRSG). • Proven track record of effective profit and loss management. • Experience implementing corporate Environmental, Health, and Safety practices across operations. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Preferred: Prior plant or operations manager experience in a large central plant. • Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license. • Preferred: Customer service experience within a central plant or utility operations environment.
