About the Role
In this position, the manager will lead the development and implementation of document management systems, design version‑control and access‑control protocols, and supervise all document control activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The role also includes coordinating document review and approval processes, managing distribution to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining detailed revision histories, generating status reports, and driving continual improvements to document management processes. • Lead development and implementation of document management systems. • Design and enforce version‑control and access‑control protocols. • Supervise document control activities to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Coordinate document review, approval, and distribution to stakeholders. • Maintain detailed revision histories and distribution logs. • Generate reports on document status, compliance, and process improvements. • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and guide document control staff. • Provide leadership and guidance to document control personnel.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least ten years of document‑management experience, including five years managing project document control on high‑value infrastructure or construction projects, and deep familiarity with compliance, quality, and policy requirements. Desired skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, specialized document‑control tools, knowledge of project‑management principles, industry regulations, and data‑protection principles, as well as strong verbal and written communication. A Level 8 degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field is required, with PMP and/or Certified Document Controller certification preferred.
