About the Role
The New Home Consultant guides homebuyers through the entire purchasing process, from the first engagement to closing. This role relies on proactive sales techniques, strong customer‑relationship management, and deep knowledge of the housing market to ensure a seamless buyer experience. Key duties include engaging visitors, determining their home‑buying needs, and generating, processing, and closing sales using Lennar’s 10‑5‑2‑1 selling approach. The consultant maintains the Welcome Home Center and model homes, travels within the community to prospect leads, tracks daily customer traffic, and collaborates with internal departments to provide smooth transactions. • Engage visitors and assess home‑buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Generate, process, and close home sales through self‑generated or referred leads using the 10‑5‑2‑1 approach. • Provide consistent follow‑up from initial contact through closing and post‑closing activities. • Maintain the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; address maintenance needs promptly. • Travel within the community to prospect leads from Realtors, referrals, and self‑prospecting. • Develop deep knowledge of market trends, product offerings, community details, and customer demographics. • Track daily customer traffic with company tools and collaborate with internal departments for smooth transactions. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive growth.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high‑school diploma (college degree and real‑estate license preferred), 1‑3 years of new‑home sales or related experience, and strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking tools, a self‑motivated results‑driven mindset, and the ability to work independently are required, along with the physical ability to meet on‑site demands. • Meet education requirements (high school diploma; college degree and real‑estate license preferred) and 1‑3 years of new‑home sales experience. • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools. • Work independently with a results‑driven mindset and meet physical demands of on‑site presence.
