About the Role
As a senior mechanic you will maintain and repair a variety of heavy equipment essential to recycling operations, ensuring reliability and efficiency across the site’s fleet. • Perform repairs on bulldozers, scrapers, backhoes, front‑end loaders, yard trucks, tractors, forklifts and company vehicles. • Diagnose and fix differentials, hydraulic, motor, transmission, drive, AC and electrical systems. • Execute preventative maintenance per site checklist and complete related paperwork (work orders, P.M. checklists, oil samples). • Service auxiliary equipment such as light plants, water pumps and welders.
