What You Bring
We support the Northland region with roading and construction work, maintaining and extending roads, structures and pathways across the network, and are seeking a reliable and motivated Supervisor to lead our crew from the Northland Depots. Successful candidates will demonstrate leadership, effective communication, and the ability to make decisions during unexpected events while fostering a zero‑harm culture and continuous improvement.
