About the Role
• Perform general plumbing maintenance and minor upgrade works in accordance with PAS service definitions • Maintain and repair water supply, sewerage, drainage and other plumbing systems across the base • Undertake backflow prevention and thermostatic mixing valve testing where certified • Respond promptly to service requests and urgent repairs

What You Bring
The role commences in February 2026, and we welcome candidates from all backgrounds—whether you have defence experience, industry knowledge, or transferable skills from other sectors. We seek individuals who are passionate about contributing to defence capability and thriving in a high‑performing team. • Certificate III in Plumbing (or equivalent) • NSW Plumbing Licence (NSW) • Post‑trade experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably in a facilities or Defence environment • Demonstrated ability to perform plumbing system maintenance, drainage and water system management • Backflow Prevention Certification and Gas Work Licence (Type A) (desirable) • Current open driver’s licence • Ability to obtain and retain Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required)
