About the Role

• Open and close assigned comfort stations daily, ensuring cleanliness and organization. • Stock, restock, and monitor temperature control of snacks, candies, and beverages. • Prepare simple food items, cook, and serve menu offerings as needed. • Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and HACCP food safety standards. • Perform light housekeeping duties such as sweeping, cleaning counters, and disposing of garbage. • Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management. • Conduct inventory counts of comfort station items when requested. • Ensure golf carts are parked uniformly and restock carts with water or ice. • Respond promptly to all guest and member requests. • Complete daily opening and closing procedures according to standard operating procedures. • Attend department meetings and training sessions as required. • Meet physical demands such as standing, walking for over eight hours, and lifting items up to or exceeding fifty pounds in indoor and outdoor conditions.

What You Bring

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. • Provide at least three months of food service or guest service experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, high‑end setting. • Possess knowledge of HACCP and local food safety standards; obtain a State Food Safety Certificate if needed. • Knowledge of wines and beverages is preferred. • Demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail, quality, and service. • Exhibit a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be able to handle long shifts. • Function effectively in a team environment and stay calm during peak periods. • Read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages are a plus.
