About the Role
The role is responsible for producing the Retail Channel global sales forecast, profit plan, and profitability mix. It partners with Retail Sales and Product Managers to integrate consumer insights from marketing and customer insights from sales, aligning them with business objectives through the Demand and SIOP Forecasting process. Key duties include generating clear variance analyses against prior forecasts and profit plans, reporting forecast accuracy to enhance future demand planning, and analyzing profitability reports by customer, product line, and model. The position also participates in weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer meetings, manages On‑Time‑To‑Request and On‑Time‑To‑Promise reporting to deliver a world‑class customer experience, supports operations and distribution teams on order and forecast requests, and oversees internal execution of strategic channel decisions. • Produce global retail sales forecasts, profit plans, and profitability mix. • Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to align insights via SIOP. • Generate variance analysis and report forecast accuracy for continuous improvement. • Analyze profitability by customer, product line, and model; prepare reports. • Lead on‑time‑to‑request and on‑time‑to‑promise reporting to ensure world‑class customer experience. • Support operations and distribution on order and forecast requests. • Manage execution of strategic channel decisions.
