Senior/Lead, ERP Business Analyst ( SAP PI CPI)

About the Role

• Firefighter role: take ownership of issues and roadblocks and see them through to resolution. • Involve BASIS and network team on infra‑related issues to provide solutions. • Mentor and lead team members on best practices and standards. • Gather requirements from functional consultants, prepare technical specifications, and develop end‑to‑end solutions. • Develop technical interfaces for S/4HANA, perform quality checks, code reviews, and enforce industry‑standard practices. • Engage with IT delivery partners and implement industry‑standard solutions on forward platforms. • Leverage extensive IT development knowledge at the domain level to support change management and business adoption. • Participate in cross‑functional development teams and analyze complex business requirements. • Design and develop integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI, write Groovy scripts, handle adapters (SOAP, REST, OData, JDBC, SF), and configure security elements.

What You Bring

We celebrate IMPACT Makers and believe everyone has the potential to be one. • Own end‑to‑end interface development in SAP PI/PO and SAP IS for the scrum team and members. • Strong experience in SAP PO/PI, SAP IS and APIM; certification is an advantage. • Experience in S/4HANA integration with SAP PO and SAP IS is required. • Strong experience monitoring and troubleshooting. • SAP NetWeaver setup knowledge is mandatory. • Experience with SOAP and REST API development. • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector and the CPI cockpit. • Familiarity with security concepts (SSL, PGP encryption) and configurations. • Experience in message mapping (context handling) and iFlow/ICO configurations. • At least two project implementations, including upgrades, rollouts, AMS, with strong SAP and non‑SAP integration skills. • Experience with Java, SAP NetWeaver administration, and ABAP basics, plus a full‑life‑cycle SAP implementation. • Hands‑on experience implementing user‑defined functions, RFC look‑ups, Groovy scripts, and external integration technologies. • SAP business process knowledge to map requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal customization. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or specific relevant experience. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to interact with SMEs and project team members in a project setting. • Successful teamwork experience collaborating on group/team projects. • Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay current with technical advancements. • Ability to articulate and present different points of view on various technologies. • Time management skills are essential, along with flexibility and creativity. • Strong track record of educational success; references are a plus.
