About the Role
• Perform high‑quality trim and finish carpentry on multi‑family residential projects. • Measure, cut, and install a variety of trim such as baseboards, crown molding, casings, chair rails, stair railings, and decorative trim. • Install cabinets in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. • Ensure work is clean, level, plumb, and meets industry‑leading craftsmanship standards. • Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines while maintaining site safety and cleanliness. • Install commercial‑grade hardware when required. • Provide personal tools and appropriate PPE for finish carpentry.

What You Bring
• Fit doors, windows, staircases, and custom built‑ins to precise specifications. • Possess at least 5 years of finish/trim carpentry experience, preferably on multi‑family projects. • Hold a valid OSHA 10 certification before starting. • Demonstrate strong cabinet installation and detailed finish work skills. • Have reliable transportation. • Familiarity with commercial‑grade hardware installation is a plus.
