About the Role
As a Process Technician you will carry out metal‑forming and processing duties on various aerospace fastener product lines, ensuring parts are blasted, deburred, cleaned and tested to meet strict quality standards while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory. • Perform parts abrasive blasting, deburring, cleaning, and related tasks. • Organize and maintain parts, equipment, and media (tumble/blast) for assigned jobs. • Set up and adjust equipment according to specifications and documentation. • Track accurate parts counts, router information, and complete certification travelers. • Conduct testing procedures to ensure quality standards are met. • Maintain accurate processing records and a safe, clean work area.

What You Bring
Candidates must be ITAR compliant and capable of quickly mastering deburring, de‑oiling and dry‑blast techniques, following written and verbal instructions in English, handling numerical sequences and adapting to minimal repeated guidance. • Must be ITAR compliant. • Ability to learn and apply deburring, de‑oiling, and dry‑blast methods. • Read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English. • Work with numerical sequences and limited repeated instructions.
