About the Role
As an Inside Sales Agent you will support homeowners exploring remodeling projects, qualifying interest, setting appointments, and delivering a strong first impression. You will interact with customers across all Mad City markets and guide them toward solutions they love. • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment • Partner with scheduling teams to verify appointments and confirm with customers • Utilize pre-built scripts to engage customers and help find solutions for their home projects • Participate in regular department contests and achieve personal and team goals

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a part‑time Call Center Agent – Inside Sales to work nights and weekends, with shifts from 1 pm to 9 pm. Saturday and Sunday availability is preferred. The position pays $16 per hour plus uncapped commission. Mad City offers uncapped earning potential, with most agents earning $50 k–$70 k per year, and rapid advancement—many team members move up within six months. The call center provides a brand‑new expanded workspace, multiple shift options based on business needs, and operates from 8 am to 9 pm, seven days a week.
