About the Role
The Assistant Project Manager role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical operations, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. In this position you will manage electrical systems installation and commissioning, power and utility management, compliance and safety standards, contractor and vendor relationships, and project coordination and reporting. You will collaborate with civil, mechanical and automation teams, resolve issues, track progress, and ensure the client‑Cushman & Wakefield contract is implemented. • Oversee installation of power distribution, switchgear, control panels, and motors. • Manage HT/LT power distribution, backup systems (DG sets, UPS), and energy optimization. • Ensure compliance with IS, IEC, NEC, HACCP, FSSAI, and GMP electrical standards. • Supervise electrical contractors, review BOQs, tenders, and procurement. • Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and automation teams, resolve issues, and track progress. • Implement client‑Cushman & Wakefield contract requirements for projects.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 15 years of experience in industrial electrical systems, power distribution, and automation within food & beverage or FMCG environments. They have successfully delivered one to two FMCG/Beverage construction projects end‑to‑end, preferably with a project‑management consultancy background, and possess technical awareness of civil, electromechanical and architectural works along with strong organizational, motivational, communication and interpersonal abilities. • Hold B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 15+ years of relevant experience. • Completed at least one to two end‑to‑end FMCG/Beverage construction projects. • Possess technical awareness of civil, electromechanical, and architectural works. • Demonstrate strong organizational, motivational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
