About the Role
• Lead risk management performance and design effective frameworks for assigned commissions. • Direct clients, consultants, contractors, and teams on all risk matters. • Partner with clients to meet expectations and build trusted relationships. • Provide expert advice, facilitate workshops, and escalate risks to achieve objectives. • Drive quantitative risk analysis, contingency reviews, and structured reporting cycles. • Ensure mitigation plans, ownership, and monitoring are embedded in project delivery. • Mentor and manage teams, integrating risk with PMO and Planning disciplines. • Champion sustainability, supporting net zero carbon transition across all activities. • Safety first – Going home safe and well: champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, valuing wellbeing. • Create opportunity – For our people to excel: foster continuous improvement, inspire people and teams to develop.
