About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Server you will keep a clean, professional work area, serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks and food in the grill area, and follow the full steps of service—including greeting, upselling, serving, pre‑bussing, thanking, and inviting guests back. You will also collect payment, perform assigned cleaning tasks, use the Micros POS system, and comply with health standards and state alcohol regulations. • Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and food to grill‑area guests • Maintain a clean, professional work area and perform general cleaning tasks • Follow all steps of service: greeting, upselling, serving, pre‑bussing, thanking, inviting back • Collect payment for food and beverages • Ensure compliance with state alcohol service regulations • Use the Micros POS system and complete end‑of‑shift reports • Adhere to attendance standards and fulfill reasonable management requests

What You Bring
