About the Role
You will own senior partner relationships, represent British Gas in key engagements and lead regular performance reviews. You will drive revenue, profitability and contracted commitments, negotiate renewals, upsells and new service extensions, and champion operational excellence across internal teams to keep SLAs and KPIs on target. You will also manage risk and compliance, ensure contracts and governance requirements are met, and act as the internal voice of the partner to shape future propositions. • Own senior partner relationships and lead key engagements. • Drive revenue, profitability and ensure contractual commitments are met. • Identify growth opportunities, negotiate renewals, upsells and new services. • Champion operational excellence and maintain SLAs/KPIs across teams. • Manage risk, compliance and governance requirements. • Act as internal Voice of the Partner to influence future propositions.

What You Bring
Success is measured by strong revenue and profitability, high partner satisfaction and long‑term retention, consistent performance against SLAs and KPIs, clear growth plans and successful renewals, and confident, data‑driven reporting. We are looking for experience in senior account management or strategic partnerships within a large, complex corporation, senior‑level gravitas to influence C‑suite stakeholders, and the ability to act as the Voice of the Partner and the Voice of the Company. You should be comfortable in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments, skilled in conflict resolution, contract negotiation, compliance and operational performance management, and have a proactive, collaborative style focused on outcomes. A proven track record of deploying contractual commitments, a growth mindset with strong commercial instincts, and motivation to build long‑term partnerships are essential. • Senior account management or strategic partnership experience in a large corporation. • Ability to build trust and influence C‑suite executives. • Skilled in conflict resolution, stakeholder management and ambiguous environments. • Strong contract negotiation, renewal, compliance and performance management expertise. • Proactive, collaborative style with focus on outcomes and value realisation. • Proven track record of deploying contractual commitments across matrixed organisations. • Growth mindset with commercial instincts and history of growing multi‑million‑pound accounts.
