About the Role
The role involves developing architectural plans and associated projects through all stages, selecting materials, finishes, techniques, and methodologies while conducting technical and financial feasibility studies. It also includes monitoring and supervising defined work and services to ensure successful delivery. Key responsibilities encompass creating multiple architectural concepts and prototypes, producing engineering drawings, designing and testing engineering solutions, and installing and maintaining BIM systems. The position provides construction advice, conducts building surveys, performs feasibility and bid analyses, and supports senior staff in managing client relationships. • Produce architectural concepts, prototypes, and feasibility testing approaches. • Create engineering drawings to support solution communication and implementation. • Design and validate engineering solutions through feasibility testing. • Install, operate, and maintain BIM systems; update construction data and records. • Provide professional advice on construction regulations and best practices. • Conduct building and technical surveys to identify defects and risks. • Perform technological and organizational feasibility studies with cost‑benefit analysis. • Analyze bid solicitations and assess feasibility of project requirements. • Assist senior colleagues in managing client and customer relationships. • Manage complex information to solve problems and make timely decisions. • Apply engineering design, development, implementation, specification, and testing methods. • Utilize engineering software, hardware, and methodologies to solve technical problems. • Collect, organize, and analyze technical data to support engineering outcomes.
