About the Role
This role monitors technology systems that support facility operations, responds to calls, emails, and web requests from internal and external stakeholders, and ensures work orders are dispatched promptly. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate excellent customer service and uphold JLL’s mission, values, and goals in every interaction. • Conduct research using available resources. • Identify and prioritize critical issues for escalation. • Route stakeholder calls to the appropriate resources. • Complete all assigned callbacks promptly. • Monitor telephony queue metrics to enhance productivity. • Generate accurate, timely work orders for clients. • Follow client‑driven standards and procedures. • Perform data entry across multiple work‑request applications. • Track personal productivity and performance metrics. • Deliver superior customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Benefits
The position offers a wage of $21.40 per hour and a Sunday‑to‑Thursday night shift (12 am‑8 am) at our on‑site Atlanta, GA location. Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
