About the Role
In this position you will oversee the electrical and mechanical maintenance of production and facility equipment, applying predictive and preventive maintenance practices to meet the site’s business objectives. Key duties include collaborating with the Maintenance Planner and Flow Line Manager to prioritize daily production demands, assessing team strengths, training and mentoring staff, and executing complex troubleshooting using advanced instruments, PLC software, and CNC equipment. You will perform a wide range of electro‑mechanical tasks—installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and sheet‑metal fabrication tools—while managing spare‑part inventories, documenting work, and ensuring compliance with safety standards such as NFPA 70E. • Prioritize and allocate maintenance resources based on daily production needs. • Train, mentor, and develop technical skills of maintenance team members. • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using DMMs, oscilloscopes, PLC software, and CNC tools. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including bearings, motors, drives, and sheet‑metal fixtures. • Manage inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders and expediting deliveries as required. • Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E electrical safety standards and attend mandatory safety training. • Maintain accurate documentation of work, issues, and equipment status.

What You Bring
