About the Role

The Territory Manager, MEP will operate remotely from the Dallas/Fort Worth area, overseeing a portfolio of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing accounts. The role blends strategic planning, field visits, and data‑driven analysis to grow sales and strengthen relationships with key decision makers and end users. • Manage and grow a territory of MEP accounts through in‑person visits and strategic routing. • Execute Go‑to‑Market plans using product, service, marketing programs, and targeted funds. • Achieve sales targets for power tools, hand tools, accessories, and support regional chains. • Analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to create growth plans and improve financial performance. • Conduct distributor and end‑user product training, and identify conversion opportunities. • Demonstrate products and lift up to 50 lb; be on feet for several hours daily.

What You Bring

Successful candidates combine a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent construction experience) with 3‑5 years of product or industrial sales experience. They thrive in fast‑paced environments, possess strong communication skills, and can travel extensively while meeting performance targets. • Maintain up to 50% local travel and up to 30% overnight travel while holding a valid driver’s license. • Possess knowledge of IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Office suite. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Business Management or Engineering preferred); Master’s degree is a plus. • Provide 3‑5 years of sales experience in product, commercial, or industrial markets. • Exhibit strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication to partner with customers and internal teams.
