About the Role
• Lead a crew of 3‑4 safely and effectively. • Identify and correct safety and production issues. • Perform routine equipment/plant maintenance and repair. • Operate various production equipment, both fixed and mobile. • Participate in plant improvement projects. • Inspect, perform, and document daily repairs and maintenance on the plant. • Inspect and maintain crushers, conveyors, screens, and other equipment.

What You Bring
• Minimum 2 years industrial or similar maintenance experience. • Strong dedication to safe work practices. • Mechanical aptitude to diagnose and perform plant repairs. • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and outdoors in varied conditions. • Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening. • Experience with heavy equipment preferred. • Working knowledge of quarry utilities and equipment (crushers, conveyors, scales, etc.). • Physical ability to lift, climb, and work on elevated platforms. • Experience in welding, cutting, and fabrication. • Experience leading a crew in safe work practices.

Benefits
The position is based at the Hopkinsville Quarry in Hopkinsville, KY, with a starting pay of $32 per hour (including a $27 base and a $5 shift differential). This is a full‑time night shift role from 2:30 PM to 1 AM.
