About the Role
The coordinator will manage key recruitment activities such as referrals, job postings, interview scheduling, travel logistics, candidate disposition, and pre‑employment steps. Administrative duties include preparing letters and documents, facilitating meetings, and meeting compliance deadlines. The position also serves as an Oracle Cloud subject‑matter expert, partners with HR to ensure a smooth new‑hire onboarding, and represents Mortenson at job fairs and other recruiting events. • Manage referrals, job postings, interview scheduling, travel arrangements, candidate disposition, and pre‑employment processes. • Prepare recruitment letters, documents, and facilitate meetings while meeting compliance deadlines. • Act as Oracle Cloud (ORC) subject‑matter expert, supporting internal customers and candidates. • Coordinate new‑hire onboarding, send reminders, and assist with training initiatives. • Represent Mortenson at job fairs and recruiting events. • Produce ad‑hoc recruitment reporting, analysis, and presentation materials. • Build effective relationships with diverse employees at all organizational levels. • Provide at least one year of talent acquisition or HR support experience.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred) and at least one year of experience supporting talent acquisition or a similar HR function. Candidates should possess knowledge of recruiting processes, employment laws, and strong interpersonal skills for handling sensitive information. The role demands independent work, a values‑centered team mindset, superior customer service, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred). • Apply knowledge of recruiting processes and employment law (federal, state, local). • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. • Exhibit superior customer service, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
