About the Role

The intern will handle a variety of administrative duties, including managing communications, preparing travel and expense documentation, producing marketing proposals and reports, supporting event planning, maintaining marketing databases, and coordinating logistics such as meals, rooms, and deliveries. • Review and distribute RFQs to marketing leadership • Maintain the general marketing inbox • Prepare expense reports and arrange travel • Produce proposals, leave-behinds, and reports daily • Support conference and event planning • Assist project managers and marketing coordinators with resume gathering, complex forms, and proposal materials • Conduct research to aid marketing managers and leaders • Update and maintain project, employee, and client data in Vision database • Print and bind large technical documents • Coordinate meals for events, meetings, presentations, and luncheons • Gather information from sub-consultants and aid sub-consultant coordination • Manage conference rooms, meetings, and staff calendars • Arrange FedEx and courier deliveries • Track and report recently won projects
