About the Role

The Product Specialist role is slated to begin in May 2026 and reports to the Plant Manager. The position focuses on processing orders and engineering panelboard products up to 600 V to meet customer expectations. Key duties include pricing, order entry, custom order engineering, and ensuring product quality and manufacturing standards. The specialist provides technical support to both internal and external customers and maintains pricing authority for field sales and distributors. Order administration, production planning, and scheduling are managed to keep inventory available for product assembly. What You Bring

Candidates must be enrolled in, or returning to, a post‑secondary engineering or technologist program (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical). Applicants should have 0–5 years of experience with manufacturing electrical controls or power distribution products and strong analytical skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
