About the Role

The Project Manager will oversee the launch and execution of new‑home community projects and manage individual project fulfillment from job release through interconnection and service transfer to the homebuyer. The role serves as the primary contact for home builders, Sunrun sales, and field operations, safeguarding project operations and job flow. The position requires coordination with internal stakeholders, management of builder community launches, assessment and improvement of builder processes, and maintenance of relationships to ensure program performance. The manager will also handle job releases, documentation, monitor job flow, and manage projects in CRM and builder software, communicating tasks to internal workgroups and supporting payment preparation. The role involves normal office duties, use of office equipment, and participation in meetings. Reasonable accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities. • Prepare internal stakeholders and lead cross‑functional builder/community onboarding. • Create and manage builder community launches with the Builder Account Manager. • Assess builder processes, analyze viability, and implement new procedures across internal teams. • Serve as subject‑matter expert on builder/community performance for assigned communities. • Provide analysis and recommendations for program‑management improvements. • Manage operations relationships with homebuilders to ensure mutual satisfaction. • Obtain job releases from builders and initiate Sunrun execution. • Gather, process, and produce documentation per builder agreements. • Monitor individual job flow, resolve issues, and ensure timely execution. • Manage projects in CRM and builder software from lead creation through interconnection. • Communicate tasks to internal workgroups and ensure timely completion. • Assist AR and AP in preparing payment tranches per partner contracts.

What You Bring

A detail‑oriented, fast‑paced work ethic and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks are required. • High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred. • 3–5 years of project coordination experience, preferably in solar or production building. • Demonstrated customer service skills. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities. • Detail‑oriented and comfortable in fast‑paced environments. • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce; Oracle experience a plus. • Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks.
