About the Role
• Oversee daily operations of MEP maintenance staff and contractors. • Maintain operational readiness of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Coordinate and supervise maintenance schedules and tasks. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for MEP systems. • Respond to emergency repairs and manage corrective maintenance. • Execute repairs promptly and efficiently. • Ensure MEP systems comply with local and national safety regulations. • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments. • Implement safety protocols and provide training for staff. • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs. • Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and budget expenditures. • Utilize CMMS for tracking and reporting maintenance work. • Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff. • Keep staff updated on the latest industry standards and technologies.
