About the Role

The HR Business Partner shapes people strategies that align with business goals, advising leaders on key HR matters. Acting as a trusted partner and change advocate, the role strengthens employee engagement and collaborates across HR to deliver high‑value solutions that reflect organisational priorities and culture. • Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives. • Advise on complex employee relations and ensure policy and legal compliance. • Support talent acquisition, workforce and succession planning, and career development. • Coach managers on performance management, including objectives, appraisals, and improvement plans. • Collaborate with Reward team to facilitate annual reward review and align with career framework. • Manage organisational change initiatives with effective communication and engagement. • Identify learning needs and implement training and development programmes. • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and maintain HR policies and procedures. • Use HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for business performance. • Safety first – promote a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment. • Client focus – deliver quality outcomes and build long‑term client relationships. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement and people development.

What You Bring

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (CIPD preferred). • Significant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably as HR Business Partner or HR Manager. • Proven experience supporting organisational change and transformation projects. • In‑depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.

This is a 12‑month FTC hybrid role based in London with occasional travel to other sites as required by the business.
