About the Role
Key responsibilities include managing client and user satisfaction through quarterly KPIs, integrating JLL services across all sites, and leading a collaborative vendor environment. The leader will oversee staff development, succession planning, and budgetary performance, ensuring contractual savings, project compliance, and accurate savings tracking. Compliance duties involve meeting contractual KPI/CPI goals, leveraging CMMS tools for data‑driven decisions, preparing facility budgets, and adhering to local, state, and federal regulations. The role also requires recommending process and tool improvements to enhance client outcomes. • Drive client, customer, and user satisfaction through KPI and survey metrics. • Lead integration of JLL services across sites and foster a one‑team vendor environment. • Manage and develop facility management teams, including succession planning. • Deliver budgetary savings and adhere to annual and quarterly financial targets. • Oversee small‑scale project execution, contract compliance, and savings initiatives. • Ensure compliance with contractual KPI/CPI goals, CMMS usage, and regulatory requirements. • Prepare and manage facility budgets, track variances, and support recovery processes. • Apply expert knowledge of FM systems (maintenance, security, janitorial, landscaping). • Inspire integrated teams with strong communication, data‑driven insights, and financial acumen.

What You Bring
The IFM Lead is an on‑site, charismatic leader responsible for operational rigor across Facilities Operations, Project Management, and Occupancy Planning. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, high standards of service, safety, cleanliness, compliance, and comfort, while transforming challenges into anticipatory customer experiences. Ideal candidates possess expert knowledge of facility management principles, strong people‑management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple demands. They must demonstrate excellent communication, financial acumen, and familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory standards, with professional certifications such as CFM or FMP being desirable. A bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of ten years of progressive experience in site services or facility management, be authorized to work in the United States, and be willing to work on‑site in San Bruno or San Francisco, CA. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field; 10+ years progressive FM experience; certifications such as CFM or FMP preferred.
